Ingredients:
Cantaloupe, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks – 4 cups
Large banana – 2 each
Fresh basil leaves – 1 tablespoon
Fresh Mint Leaves – 1 tablespoon
Ice – 2 cups OR filtered water – 1 cup
Garnish: small slices of cantaloupe
Method:
Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender.
Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until smooth.
Garnish:
Place a slice of cantaloupe on the edge of each glass, then serve.
