Large cucumber, peeled – 1 each
Medium oranges, peeled – 2 each
Fresh juice of lemon – 1 each
Filtered water – 1 cup
Ice – 2 cups OR filtered water – 1 cup
Chia seeds – 2 teaspoons
Garnish: Cucumber slices
Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender.
Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until frothy. Add
the chia and pulse to combine.
Place a cucumber slice on the edge of each glass and serve.
